肚臍是個「罩門」!

北卡羅來納州立大學的研究者在人類的肚臍裡發現了1400個不同的菌株,其中近一半以前從來沒見過,還有一些種類以前只在海洋中找到過。所以,肚臍除了別亂摳,還得會清洗,不然你會把細菌餵得飽飽的。

  你一定曾在某個外人看不見滴時刻偷偷摳過肚臍兒,雖然,小時候老媽嚴厲警告過:摳肚臍會肚子痛,可是為什麼會痛呢?真的會痛嗎?
  解開你幾十年內心謎團的時刻到了:人人都知道,當我們宅在媽媽肚子裡的時候,是靠臍帶那根「管子」來吃飯、喘氣的,然後我們被生出來了,然後給飯吃的「管子」被剪斷了(放心,不疼,臍帶上壓根兒沒有痛感神經)。幾天之後,剩下的那截會自動脫落,從此在身上永遠留下了一個小小的肚臍眼。
  身體上被剪了一刀,沒有留塊疤,反而留下個肚臍眼,不過,從某種意義上來說,肚臍倒很像一塊疤。武漢同濟醫院小兒外科副主任張文醫生解釋說,肚臍是一種結締組織,結構類似於疤痕。

挖肚臍眼 會挖到腸子嗎
  有網友問:挖肚臍眼會挖到腸子嗎?不會,肚臍眼不是連著腸子的,你肯定不可能用手指摳著摳著就一路摳到腸子裡去了。
  肚臍眼的裡面是腹腔,如果你把它挖開,就到達腹腔了。因為肚臍眼很薄,所以那裡是離腹腔最近的地方。腹腔裡裝著腸子,這個倒是沒錯的.
  肚臍到底通到哪兒?
  哪裡都通不到!肚臍眼是死路一條!不要幻想著肚臍眼裡面還曲徑通幽,其實「門」是關死滴!不過裡面倒是連著三根韌帶,一根是肝圓韌帶,連接到肝臟的表面,兩根是臍側韌帶,連接到膀胱的附近。
  為什麼會有三根韌帶?話說我們還在媽媽肚子裡的時候,通過臍帶輸送進來的養料總要吸收吧,所以就有專門的血管通到肝臟去運送養分,等到我們生出來了,這些血管就沒用了,然後就變成了韌帶,也就沒啥用了。
  肚臍是個「罩門」 一戳武功全廢
  肚臍雖然沒啥貢獻,但卻能捅婁子,一旦感染了,病菌會順著肝圓韌帶一路到達肝臟,從而引發內臟感染。尤其是寶寶,肝圓韌帶原本作為供血血管的功能還沒有完全結束,依然殘留著部分血液循環,感染順著血液循環會跑得更快。
  偏偏肚臍發炎還跟別的地方不一樣。正常情況下,如果有病菌入侵,淋巴細胞會對病菌進行攻擊和防禦。但是肚臍沒有淋巴組織,如果弄發炎了,只能乖乖滴任病菌蹂躪,然後再一路感染到肝臟。
  所以,張文醫生說,肚臍是個「罩門」,就像練金鐘罩、鐵布衫的人,渾身刀槍不入,但只有罩門例外,如果被人重戳,立刻武功全廢。肚臍就是像「罩門」一樣的大弱點。

  不過,確實有人覺得肚臍著涼會拉肚子,為啥?張文醫生說,著涼拉肚子很正常,但未必是肚臍的問題,可能是整個腹部著了涼,怪到肚臍頭上。雖說肚臍眼很薄,對冷熱稍微敏感一些,但這麼小的一個眼兒,能把人涼到哪裡去?
  人生出來之後 肚臍還有什麼用?
  有網友說:人出生後肚臍還是有用的,內臟可以通過肚臍獲得部分氧氣,如果你用膠帶把肚臍貼住會出現便秘的情況。照這麼說,是不是人人都要穿露臍裝啊,好保證「呼吸」順暢?
  張文醫生說,就他本人目前的瞭解,成人的肚臍在醫學上還沒有什麼「功能」,倒是醫生利用它的特點在進行微創手術。通過肚臍做腹腔鏡手術,傷口癒合後縮到肚臍眼裡,幾乎看不到疤痕。
  肚臍為啥有的凹進去 有的凸出來
  肚臍本身並不生長,但周圍的脂肪卻越來越多,肚臍自然就凹進去了。所以,胖子的肚臍基本都是凹的,瘦子的肚臍往往是平的。
  肚臍的位置能預測運動天賦?
  美國杜克大學教授安德烈-貝佳恩表示,肚臍是身體的重心,拿兩名高度相同的運動員為例:如果肚臍靠上,表示重心靠上,這樣跑動起來就會更快。如果肚臍靠下,軀幹就會更發達,所以非常適合游泳。至於這個研究到底靠不靠譜,等著看美國人以後是不是看肚臍選運動員就知道了。

肚臍的形狀能預測健康?
  網上流傳一則非常火的帖子——肚臍形狀看健康:正三角形的要小心腸胃疾病,倒三角形的要小心胃下垂,偏左的要小心便秘,偏右要小心十二指腸潰瘍,淺小的要小心內分泌失調,凸出的要小心卵巢囊腫。
  即便中醫診病,看的也是整個肚子,而不會單純看肚臍的形狀。張文醫生說:生病時的脂肪變化也許會對肚臍產生些影響,但絕對不會這麼玄。
  月經期用吹風機吹肚臍 有用否?
  腹部保暖對月經是有好處的。肚臍相對薄一些,對熱也敏感一點,但效果沒大家想像得那麼神奇。就像著涼時它不會比肚子的其他部位受涼太多一樣,受熱時也不會比別的部位受熱太多。
  現在很多商家推出肚臍燻蒸之類的保健項目,更雷的還有人賣「塞進肚臍的藥丸」。這些燻蒸啊、藥丸啊最後會到達哪裡?張文醫生說:估計是哪裡都到不了的。肚臍是個疤痕組織,沒有神經,血液循環也很差,傳遞不了什麼東西。就算是正常的皮膚,普通的藥物也通過不了的,皮膚有天然的防禦體系。所以,再有人忽悠什麼「體外降糖丸」啥的,千萬別上當!
  至於中醫的穴位貼敷,那是另一套體系,不適合用西醫的觀點來解讀。

這個年齡已經不允許你不成熟,當你無力把握命運中的某種愛,某種緣,某種現實,學會放手。給自己身心一個全新的開始,只要信心在,勇氣就在;努力在,成功就在。

2 、 儲蓄友誼
真摯的友誼是人生最溫暖的一件外套。它是靠你的人品和性情打造的,在這個年齡一定要好好地珍惜它,用心去儲存。

3 、 播種善良
一定要極儘自己所能及之事,讓那些比你苦、比你難的人感受到這世上的陽光和美麗。這樣的善良常常是播種,不意間,就會開出最美麗的人性之花來。

4 、 懂得音樂
音樂可以陶冶情操,它會洗滌你的身心。會打開你的記憶和想像,全心地投入,更會給你帶來意想不到的寧靜。它是日子中的味精,點點滴滴中讓我們的生活有了滋味。

5、 避開兩種苦
塵間有兩苦,一是得不到之苦,二是鍾情之苦。在你付諸努力的前提下,所有的、想得到的都當作一場賭。勝之坦然;敗之淡然。好在這年齡還具有一定的資本,我們可以捲土重來。世間最苦是鍾情,如果在這時候還有這樣的情愫,一定要像打掃灰塵一樣,把它從心屋裡清出去。
